Colleen Brooks is president and CEO of Williams Manor. A licensed practical nurse for the past 25 years, Colleen learned early in life that she had a calling for health care. Soon after earning her nursing degree, she launched a home-based care business for the elderly, intent to keep “our wisdom-filled generation” in their homes and out of long-term care facilities. But she also quickly realized that she needed to operate on a grander scale, and work more closely with like-minded professionals to bring true change to the way health care is administered today. Williams Manor is just the beginning in that pursuit.
